By-the-FOOT pricing does not decrease with longer bags, only with orders of 10+ bags. Kettle Corn is $10 per foot, so a 4 foot Kettle Corn is $40, 6 foot Kettle Corn is $60, 9 foot Kettle Corn is $90, and a 12 ft bag of Kettle Corn is $120.
